All items available in our online store are in stock and will ship within 24hrs. No third parties are involved and no back orders. Orders received by 6pm CDT ship the same day.

We will ship to the shipping address provided by Paypal. Please, make sure it is correct.
>Credit Cards
All major credit cards are accepted.
For international orders, we will not ship an order if billing and shipping addresses do not match.
>>Packaging
All items are packed and labeled discreetly. Your item will be shipped in a plain envelope or a box.
>>Exchange & Return
We want you to be completely satisfied with your on-line purchase. If, however, you should need to exchange or return an item, please do it within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days after delivery of your order. Please, always notify us about it at egoist@egoistunderwear.com.
Exchanges are accepted on items in a brand new condition, that have not been worn, altered, or laundered. AND WE ARE VERY STRICT ABOUT IT. All tags must be attached. Please, always try your new underwear over your underwear. Don’t try your new items on while wearing perfume and deodorant. This will keep them like new to ensure they remain returnable. A refund will be issued (minus shipping fees) to the credit card used in the original transaction if you decide not to exchange for another item (s) and all return/exchange guidelines are met.

Customer is responsible for exchange/return shipping costs and proper packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost package without proof of delivery. Once your package has been received and the goods are deemed acceptable your exchange/return will be processed. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Upon receipt of goods, Egoist Underwear has the right to deny exchanges/ returns if the merchandise does not meet any of the conditions listed above.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
