>>Product Availability 
All items available in our online store are in stock and will ship within 24hrs. No third parties are involved and no back orders. Orders received by 6pm CT ship the same day. 
>>Payment
>Paypal
We will ship to the shipping address provided by Paypal. Please, make sure it is correct.
>Credit Cards
All major credit cards are accepted.
For international orders, we will not ship an order if billing and shipping addresses do not match.
>>Packaging
All items are packed and labeled discreetly. Your item will be shipped in a plain envelope or a box.
>>Exchange & Return
Exchange/returns of non-sale items are accepted only if postmarked within 14 days after delivery of your order. 
1. If you'd like to exchange an item, just let us know by email sj@egoistunderwear.com what you'd like to exchange it for.
2. If you'd like a refund it will be processed upon receiving the item. 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 
ALL ITEMS MARKED AS "!SALE!" ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Exchanges and returns are accepted on items in a brand new condition, that have not been worn, altered, or laundered. All tags must be attached. Always try your new underwear and swimwear over your underwear. Don’t try your new items on while wearing perfume and deodorant. A refund will be issued (minus shipping fees if applicable) to the credit card used in the original transaction if all return/exchange guidelines are met.
